1) Working environment

·Those who are not related shall not be near the workplace.
·The workplace shall be kept away from inflammables and explosives.
2) Clothing, protective equipment
·Operators must wear protective glasses to prevent damage caused by saw blade damage and flying debris.
·Operators must pay attention to neckties and cuffs, do not wear gloves, long hair should be placed in the work cap, to prevent being involved in the machine, dangerous.
3) Preparation before use
·Ensure that the machine is in good condition, the main shaft is free of deformation, vibration and shaft diameter tolerance is H7
·Check whether the saw blade is under damaged, fallen off, abnormally worn, bent, twisted, cracked and other abnormal phenomena, so as to prevent damage caused by damage and flying of the saw blade.
·Confirm whether the selected saw blade is suitable for the material to be cut to prevent abnormal wear, falling off, bad cutting, overheating and other abnormal conditions of the saw blade. If the selection is wrong, it may cause damage of saw blade and materials, flying debris and accidents.
4) installation
·Ensure that the rotation direction of the saw blade is consistent with that of the main shaft of the machine. If the direction is opposite, the blade will fall off, debris will fly away, and an accident will occur.
·Select the flange plate with the inner diameter consistent with the saw blade and the outer diameter of which is 1/3 of the outer diameter of the saw blade and slightly larger (1/2 of the outer diameter of the saw blade should be used for multi blade saw), and make sure that there is no abnormal abrasion, bending deformation and clean surface with no abnormal attachment.
·Ensure that there is no excessive clearance between the inner diameter of the saw blade and the shaft diameter of the machine. Install the flange and tighten the nuts.
·Before operation, make sure no one is in front of the saw blade. Then idling, check the machine for vibration, saw blade for lateral and radial swing and other abnormal phenomena.
·The rework of saw blade (inner diameter correction, positioning hole processing, etc.) must be carried out by the manufacturer. If the processing is not good, the use effect of the product will be affected, and danger may occur.
·During installation, the sawblade should be 5-6 serrations higher than the plate.
5) In use
·When in use, the material to be cut needs to be fixed to avoid abnormal cutting, which will lead to damage of saw blade, flying debris and accidents.
·In case of abnormal sound and vibration, rough cutting surface and bending during use, the operation must be terminated, and the fault shall be checked and eliminated in time. If it continues to be used, it will cause damage to the saw blade, flying debris and accidents.
6) After use
·When the saw blade is no longer sharp and the cutting section is rough, regrinding must be carried out in time. Otherwise, the use effect will be affected, and the saw blade may be scrapped, resulting in accidents.
